Super Bowl XLII will be between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants. If that match-up sounds familiar it should. The two teams played a nailbiter on December 29 that gave the Patriots a perfect regular season. Now they want a perfect year.
The overachieving Giants have done more than anyone expected them to do this year. Eli Manning has shown the maturity of a champion and the defense has been better than ever.
The Patriots are on the cusp of doing what every other team in football has failed to do: finish 19-0. Tom Brady and the Pats are simply a team of destiny. In each game they had to prove that they were, and they will again when they face the Giants yet again.
New England will win Super Bowl XLII 21-10. Oh, and big shock, Tom Brady will be the MVP of the game.
