Parade of Favorites: Our favorite moments
On Oct. 24, Parade of Favorites, a long-held tradition at Lee, demonstrated the talent, poise, and beauty of Lee’s campus.
The night began with a combined dance featuring contestants and escorts. After the dance, the audience was introduced to each contestant as well as the organization or club they were representing.
Broken up into two portions, the talents presented by contestants ranged from singing and dancing to spoken monologues and ventriloquy.
Highly anticipated every year, the guys and girls dance followed the shows theme — “The crown and the flame.”
Contestants were scored on their dancing, talent, and formal wear.
Certificates for talent, service, Miss Congeniality and best escort were awarded as well as the Kay McDaniel Woman of Achievement Award. This award is given to the contestant who has been an overcomer despite life’s obstacles.
Macey Jones, senior professional and theological studies major and representee of Delta Zeta Tau, was crowned Miss POF 2025.
