Midnight Breakfast: Taking it back to 2016 for finals week
Finals season is approaching, and although it can feel chaotic, Lee University is offering students a chance to take a break and recharge at the upcoming Midnight Breakfast on April 28 from 10:45 p.m. to midnight, held in the Deacon Jones Dining Hall.
Open to all students, this event is meant to provide a welcoming and fun atmosphere for students to relax, connect, and enjoy a late-night meal during one of the busiest and most stressful times of the semester.
Abbi Mager, a resident assistant in Atkins-Ellis Hall, states that the event is meant for everyone, even those who may be hesitant about going.
“Everybody is invited, and we would love to see everyone there,” Mager said, emphasizing the inclusive space provided.
The timing of this event is intentional because it offers students a moment to rest and recoup before exams begin.
“It is a really good time to kind of reset towards the end of the semester,” Mager said. ‘It can be so stressful… It's a good time to break away for an hour or two and come together and have fun.”
With promotions through flyers around campus, emails, and dorm communications, Midnight Breakfast is gearing up to serve your breakfast favorites. With food such as pancakes, muffins, eggs, sausage, and more being prepared, you don’t want to miss this.
